Company CYBER SPHERE SARL handles relevant payment matters through the game APP, including recharge, refund, etc., and all its terms and policies shall be subject to those of Company CYBER SPHERE SARL. This authorization shall remain valid until it is revoked by Company HOANG NGOC EDUCATION CONSULTANT ONE MEMBER COMPANY LIMITED upon the formal issuance of a written revocation notice.

Should your account be terminated for any reason, we will notify you where feasible, and you may lose your username and character. Depending on the nature of the violation or misuse, HNL may terminate all your accounts and associated rights. If your account is terminated, you will lose access to your account and its privileges, and you may be permanently prohibited from accessing or using any HNL services in the future. Upon termination, your license under this agreement will also terminate.
